Our team
The people who show up for you.
We're a small, local NDIS team across the Tweed Coast and Gold Coast. No call centres, no rotating strangers — just steady, familiar faces who know your name and your routine.
Management team
Meet the people leading our team.
Lived experience, real expertise, and steady operations.

Jade Terashita · General Manager
Choosing an NDIS provider isn't just about services on a page — it's about whether the people behind them truly understand your life. Jade does, because she lives with cerebral palsy and watched her dad go from fit and healthy to suddenly needing a great deal of support. When she talks about the day-to-day challenges of disability, she isn't reciting from a manual — she's lived them, on both sides.
"I bring a unique perspective as someone with a disability. I understand the day-to-day challenges people face because I've experienced them myself."
— Jade
Jade's background in law and business means she reads the NDIS the way few providers can. Her grounding in legislative interpretation helps ensure your support is compliant, properly funded, and genuinely in your corner.
Why Jade leads this way
You're understood.
Genuine lived experience of disability — not assumptions.
You're protected.
A law and business background means your plan is handled with real expertise.

Katie Gambrill-Davis · Operations Coordinator
Good support isn't just about who shows up — it's about everything behind the scenes that makes sure the right person shows up, at the right time, every time. That's Katie's world, and she's spent the better part of a decade learning exactly what that takes.
"I really enjoy support work because I like being able to make someone's day a bit easier and more enjoyable, while helping them stay as independent as possible."
— Katie
Before moving into operations, Katie spent years working directly alongside people with disability and older Australians. She brings that frontline know-how to rosters, continuity of care, and making sure last-minute changes never mean a gap in your support.
Why Katie matters for you
Consistency you can count on.
Rosters and continuity planning mean familiar faces, every time.
She's done the job.
Years of frontline support mean she knows what good care looks like.
Ready to feel genuinely supported?
If you're looking for an NDIS provider that combines real understanding with real know-how, we'd love to hear from you. No pressure — just a friendly conversation about what good support could look like for you or someone you care for.
